Cancellation Policy

1. Our check out timings are 09 to 09. If the customer fails to checkout by 9 we give 30 minutes of buffer time. Post buffer time additional day will be counted and the customer will have to pay for the same.
2. Prior checkout time customer will be informed of the same, if they wish to continue customer needs to mention at that time.
3. Customers need to provide ID proof that has address mentioned. Incase if the customer fails to carry the same along at the time of check-in management is not responsible for any kind of refunds. No guests will be admitted without complete documentation.
4. Smoking and drinking is not allowed withing dormitory and its premises. If found doing so, the customer will have to check-out immediatley. Management will not provide any kind of refund in cases of violation of our rules and regulations.
5. Non – Indian nationals need to provide a copy of there passport and visa at the time of check-in.
6. If any damage is done to the premises of dormitory and restaurant the customer is liable to pay for the same.
7. The dormitory management reserves the right to determine occupancy status, fill vacant spots, approve bed changes, and assign or cancel beds.
8. Dormitory may not be held responsible whatsoever for the loss of or damage to the personal belongings of customers.
9. No refund will be provided in case of cancellation. Management reserves the right to treat cases of refund on case to case basis.
10. Customer will be informed 2 hours prior to there respective checkout time. In case of extension the customer needs to bring it to our notice at the same time.
